TEF is currently experiencing an unusually extreme increase in requests for assistance this summer. Unfortunately this is forcing us to put a pause on applications for rental and utilities assistance until further notice.

Given the barriers of our budget, we are only able to provide $100,000 annually towards rental and utilities assistance. We are already close to that threshold. If you have already applied, we will be in touch soon about your assistance application. We will not be accepting any new applications at this time.

TEF is only able to operate due the generosity of our donors, sponsors and funders. Please consider a recurring donation or sponsorship of our efforts. We continue to hope for and strive towards a day when transgender and gender-non-conforming centered organizations are resourced at the same level of mainstream service agencies.

We hope to restart rental and utilities services soon and will provide community updates as soon as our situation changes. All other TEF services (food assistance, resource navigation and community trainings) are still available at this time. Please visit our website for more information.
