LaKia Mondale is one of Boston Transexual from an early age of 11 when she came out. The day to day struggles are much different today but in some ways still the same. At the young age of 54 LaKia feels being a part of this board will educate herself and her peers to make this organization grow throughout the years to come. Finding the love and the time to give back to my community is long overdue. We all will rise together and live out our true lives as we see fit.
Sasha Goodfriend

Sasha Goodfriend is a community organizer, curating feminist & queer experiences through partnerships with statewide government, community organizations & creatives alike. She works to advance this mission through her roles as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Organization for Women (Mass NOW) as Chair of the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth, Board member with the Transgender Emergency Fund and Co Founding Board Member of Trans Resistance. Sasha graduated with a B.A. from the Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University majoring in International Relations with a minor in Women, Gender & Sexuality studies and received her Masters in Public Policy from Simmons University.
Whitney Reid

I am a self oriented trans woman who believes in equality for all. I am an entrepreneur. My passion for helping others has been evident in my involvement in the LGBTQ community in Jamaica. Through those experiences I have learned to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others. I have also had the opportunity to work with my peers on lessons for social work that focused on life skills like teamwork, communication, and time management. My philosophy that guides my life is that Life is a mirror when you smile at it it will smile back at you.
Jesse Pack

Jesse has lived and worked in Massachusetts for more than twenty years and is a trans man. In 2008, Jesse founded the mutual aid fund that is today known the Transgender Emergency Fund of Massachusetts. Jesse has worked for many years in the human services field.
Chelsea Moses
Board Member
Pronouns: she/her
Born in Florida, Chelsea Page Moses has lived around the country and overseas, but has been calling Massachusetts home for over 15 years. A natural leader, she attended fashion school in Los Angeles, co-founded All Star Management, and became a pioneer in the healthcare field. She was instrumental in helping to create the first neurological disease day program in the country. For this, she was awarded special recognition by the City of Boston – presented to her by Athena Garrison, the very first transgender individual in state legislature. Later she opened Four Star Healthcare Concierge Service providing in person healthcare services to older adults and those with disabilities.
